Effective May 15, 2024, Urban Success University has rebirthed The Success 4 Teens Curriculum FREE, approved by Chairman KJ Robinson-Boynton. Our S4T curriculum has been designed to empower and educate students, teachers, and facilitators on the principles of success.

Our History
Introducing the Success for Teens Curriculum: Igniting Dreams, Transforming Lives!
Originally crafted by KJ Robinson Boynton in 2003, this visionary program, developed in partnership with the Urban Success Foundation and The Success Foundation, aimed to impact 10 million young minds. Mentored by the esteemed Rev. Dr. Congressman William Gray III, Boynton created the groundbreaking Success for Teens book, program, and national implementation strategy. Since its launch in 2005, this curriculum has empowered over 5 million students across 50 school districts!
But the journey wasn't without challenges. In 2018, the Success Foundation faced closure under the administration of Former Secretary of State Betsy DeVos, leaving urban schools and communities in need. In response, KJ Robinson-Boynton, also known as Dean KJ, co-founder of The Y.O.K.I.S. (Young Organization of Kings Internationally Serving) and Dean of Urban Success University, has revitalized the curriculum as the dynamic Success Academy.
